Über alle Berufsgruppen hinweg fehlen den regionalen Betrieben in Ingolstadt bereits heute etwa 12.000 qualifizierte Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Die Förderung von Frauen birgt hier ein großes Potenzial. Eine aktuelle Initiative.
